Channels & Collections

Channels are customizable feeds that allow you to create unique experiences by segmenting your content. While the home feed encompasses all the content you follow on a given site, a collection can do the same but for a select set of content. These are designed to let you have various sorted content-centric feeds which you can jump between.

Channels can be private (only you can view the feed) or public (discoverable, viewable and followable by other users).

Collections are your personal saved folders, where you can save content from around the site. To save something, click the bookmark icon on any post which will save it to your bookmarks collection. You can further sort your saved posts into individual collections, which work as saved folders.

Collections can be private (viewable only by you) or public (discoverable, viewable and followable by other users). Private collections will only be viewable by you while public collections will show up in the right sidebar of your user profile page.
