2 parts gin or vodka
2 parts coconut water
1 part lime juice
*half part simple syrup (to taste, honey/agave also works)
shake with ice and pour over strainer

very drinkable even if you arent a big coconut person, the lime offset the coconut really well. really refreshing, equally so even virgin without alcohol. would recommend, especially if limited on ingredients as alternative to pina colada or margarita
