Donkey Kong Bananza is a 3D action-adventure platformer released on July 17, 2025 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2. Players control Donkey Kong, teamed up with a younger Pauline, as they journey through vast, destructible underground sandbox worlds to recover stolen Banandium gems from villainous apes—using raw strength, animal-powered transformations, and exploration-heavy mechanics to punch, dig, and reshape the terrain around them.
